We aim to provide a fair and transparent refund process for our users at AI Humanizer.
1. Subscription Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, annually).
- Unused practice credits generally do not roll over to the next billing cycle, unless explicitly stated otherwise in your specific plan.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Full Refund: Available within 7 days of the first subscription purchase, provided that no significant service credits have been used (e.g., less than 5% of credits consumed).
- Partial Refund (One-Time Courtesy): A one-time partial refund may be considered within 3 days of purchase, even if some credits have been used, at our sole discretion.
- Renewal Payments: Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once processed, except where required by law.
- Service Issues: If you experience a demonstrable technical issue that prevents you from using the service as intended, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Refunds are typically not provided after 7 days of the initial purchase.
- Refunds are not issued for promotional or discounted plans, unless explicitly stated or required by law.
- Accounts found misusing the service, violating our Terms of Service, or engaging in fraudulent activity will not be eligible for refunds.
- We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with the AI's output quality if the service performed as intended, as AI output can be subjective and is provided "as-is."
4. Refund Process
- To request a refund, please contact us at hi@aihumanizer.run with your account details and the reason for your request.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider and bank.
5. Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account's billing settings. Cancellation will prevent future charges.
- Cancellations do not retroactively refund past payments unless explicitly eligible under the terms of this policy.
- Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period after cancellation.
